Exactly what I was looking for, thick and sturdy and archival safe. I got these when they were on sale but the regular price is still decent for the quality.

Boards are nice but do not fit the bags that site says goes with them. Very disappointed since product is so nice. Beware!

This really is the ultimate backing board. It's twice as thick as the regular acid-free board (which is already thicker than your standard comic book store budget board). Your comics spine will never be in danger with this board! Plus, for long-term storage, this board can't be beat. Keep in mind that, due to the way it's cut, one side's edges will be curled to a sharp edge. It's possible if you put your comic against this side, it could get imprinted. So, just make sure to but the rounded-sided against the book and your golden. It's worth the price for sure.

The only good thing out of my large order from Bags Unlimited. Beware though: according to their customer service rep (who I might add was extremely unhelpful) they do not carry mylars that are made for this size backer. I had to go to a comic store to buy some after being stuck with a bunch from Bags Unlimited that are too large and I cannot use.

I am another customer who finds that the backings don't fit the bags they are supposed to go with. They are either way too big or too small.
