Quality of the plastic stinks. You need to remove the trays to insert the tray cards, of course. When you do, the trays break easily. I was gentle and yet I broke two out of ten brand new cases trying to remove the trays from the case. Quite disappointed. I will try the cases with the black trays instead of the clear trays. Maybe they will be of better quality.
